Team Building - in performance

WRONG TEAM BUILDING
I wonder the fuss about team building in Malaysian management today.

They go for mountain climbing, jungle tracking and outdoor sports but spend no time in discussing team objectives, problems and approaches.

They came back tired with some of them reporting sick for the next couple of days.
They do it in the name of team building exercise.

I totally disagree with this approach of team building and improvement.

THE RIGHT TEAM BUILDING
Team building is a dynamic process among members to set goals and achieve targets by effective problem solving, leadership, communication and proper action plans.

An effective team could be better observed, intervened and corrected in their interaction process of handling  team issues and in setting and achieving their business goals.

The consultant shall provide insights and approaches, comments and suggestions which could improve their roles as team leaders and members.

    Dalam dinamik kumpulan ini, kita campurkan tiga set kompetensi iaitu pengurusan, prestasi dan rancangan.

    Diharapkan jua dengan hadirnya konsultan yang bebas, komunikasi dan ketelusan dapat dipertingkatkan.
